  • Hands on availability 6 months prior to the wedding day
  • Coordination with vendor scheduling and services 
  • Finalize catering menu and proposal
  • Help design the room and work directly with the decor vendor 
  • Venue walk-through to ensure all decorations, setting accommodations, cake, favors, etc. are in place
  • Wedding rehearsal supervision
  • Ceremony and reception supervision
  • Distribution of vendor final payments and tips (must be in sealed envelopes and labeled)
